When do I get my order number?
When your order is placed you will immediately receive a confirmation email or text message which will include your order number.
How long before my order is shipped?
Please allow 4-7 business days for processing of orders before shipment to be packed and shipped from our warehouse. Upon shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking information so you may track the package online.
How long does shipping take?
After the product has been shipped, delivery timeframes can range between 7-15 business days.
Keep in mind once the shipping partner has the item, we cannot control how long they take in the delivery – as they are experiencing slow deliveries due to unprecedented package volume increases and limited employee availability due to the impacts of COVID-19 and cannot guarantee regular shipping times.
How do I track my order?
Once you have completed your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details. Our team will then be working extremely quickly to get this order picked, packed, and sent out to you. Once this has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email notifying you of this with a tracking link included. Your tracking will continue to update as your parcel makes its way to you so please be patient! You may track your package using the supplied tracking number in your shipment confirmation email.
Can I change my delivery address after placing my order?
Once an order is placed we are no longer able to cancel or edit the order or change the shipping address. Please verify that your information is correct before completing your order. If you input the wrong address the next step is to contact the carrier once you receive your tracking number and request an address change or a local pick up.
I would like to cancel my order. What can I do?
We do not offer cancellations once your order has been placed and confirmation email is sent with a confirmed order number. If you have made a mistake and wish to change your order details, please get in touch as soon as possible by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our very best to process your request.
Which countries do you ship to?
We offer shipping to most countries. If you have difficulty with your checkout, please contact our team at email@example.com and one of our friendly team members will be able to assist you.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
How do I return or exchange?
We understand it can be tricky purchasing online. If your Curve Confident purchase isn’t working out for you, we’re more than happy to accept it for return as long as your item is in original condition (tags attached and no visible signs of wear) and isn’t a clearance sale item. Our return policy ensures that you can return unused items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days.
How do I return?
Step 1: To submit a return or exchange please follow the instructions on our returns portal using your order ID. Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, with all tags still attached, shipped back in the same condition that you received it.
Step 2: Return or exchange your items via the return portal and we'll take care of the rest.

What size should I order?
We always want our items to fit our customers perfectly, so we provide a size guide and sizing information next to all items on our website. If you still need help, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
I’m in between sizes. What should I do?
We understand, not all bodies are the same! You can also use our Size Chart & Measuring Instructions to see recommended measurements for each size. If you're outside the lines, we recommend sizing up. Never size down! Our shapewear is designed to slim and smooth, so picking a size too small will cause bulges and discomfort.
I need more control, should I go down a size?
No, a smaller size won't fit right and may be painful – ouch! Shapewear comes in different levels of control: minimal control, slight control, moderate control, strong control, and maximum control. Instead of going down a size, go up a control level. This will ensure your shapewear provides the support you need and stays comfortable too.
When will you be restocking?
Our items are super popular and can sell out quickly but don’t be disheartened as we restock different items 2/3 times a week and our newest items are generally restocked within 2-week periods. We can’t provide exact restock dates but if there’s a particular item you’re waiting on, please send over the product name and size to one of our contact platforms and we’ll be in touch with the time frame this is due to be restocked in. You can also sign up for restock notifications when an item is fully out of stock. You can do this by entering your email address under the “subscribe to back in stock notifications” header and we’ll then let you know when this item has been restocked so you can be one of the first to get your hands on it!
An item is missing from my package. What does this mean?
Orders placed with multiple items are shipped separately and individually to ensure the quickest possible delivery time(s).
I have received the wrong item. What do I do?
Oh no, we’re so sorry to hear this has happened with your order! If we did the mistake of sending to you the incorrect style, size or color, please contact us by emailing email@example.com with images of the incorrect item/discrepancy. One of our super friendly customer service advisors will then be on hand to resolve this for you immediately!
My item has arrived damaged or faulty. What do I do?
We’re extremely sorry to hear this has happened to your item. If an item is defective, damaged or incorrect, please send over your order number and an image of the damage or defect and email photo evidence to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will have this sorted for you immediately!
Why was my order cancelled?
We’re sorry to hear your order has been cancelled. If you have received a cancellation email from us, this will be because the item has either been found to be out of stock when we came to pick your order or, our payment provider has declined to accept your payment method. You’ll receive a cancellation email from us with more details regarding this and your refund will be in your account within the next 72 hours/7 working days (this time frame is dictated by your bank and isn’t something we can speed up unfortunately!).
Curve Confident is not to be liable for lost, damaged or incorrectly addressed returns made by the customer and will not issue a store credit return unless the returning package is correctly delivered to us. We are not responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages.
If your tracking information says the package was "delivered," first double-check the area where the carrier would have left it.
Ask neighbors too in case the package was dropped at the wrong door. Also, look for any "attempted delivery" notices, which means the carrier tried to deliver it, but no one was home. If you still don't see anything, wait until the end of the next day, because some carriers' electronic systems may show the package as delivered, even when it's still on the way. Still no luck? Call the carrier with your tracking number for more information.
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have entered a correct delivery address. We are unable to redirect packages or process any refunds once your order is placed. Your items will be sent to the exact delivery address stated on your order and if this is incorrect we unfortunately cannot reimburse you if your order does not make its way to you.
We are not responsible for lost orders due to incorrect address provided by the customer, (this includes wrong apt/house #, wrong street, etc.) PLEASE take your time and make sure you provided all correct information. If you have made a mistake when ordering an item please get in touch as soon as possible by emailing email@example.com. We will do our very best to update your delivery address if your item(s) have not been processed for shipment. If your order has not yet been delivered, we highly recommend contacting the carrier who is delivering your item to update your address details.
We are NOT responsible if the package is not delivered within the guaranteed shipping time. Shipping carriers are sometimes delayed and Curve Confident does not take responsibility for late delivery times and we will not issue a shipping refund. Please contact the carrier directly to resolve delivery time issues. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact the designated carrier in order to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information that states the package has been delivered to the address provided at the address provided.
