What is your Return Policy?
We offer Easy Exchanges and Returns (as supplies last) within 30 days of the date the order was delivered.
Returns are subject to an $8 fee that covers shipping & processing and will be deducted from your refund. Exchanges are always free!
Please be sure to send us your item(s) back in full accordance with our Return Policy:
- Item(s) must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Item(s) must be unworn and unwashed. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, tears or do not meet the above criteria. We ask that you wear underwear when first trying-on your purchase. Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.
- All items part of the garment must be returned where applicable - shoulder straps, bra strap, etc.
- We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
- Products marked Final Sale or Clearance cannot be returned.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN/EXCHANGE

WHAT TO DO IF WRONG OR DAMAGED ITEM IS RECEIVED OR I AM MISSING AN ITEM?
Sorry about that! Please contact email@example.com and put WRONG or DAMAGED on the subject line and add your order number plus pictures to the body of the email. We will be happy to rectify the situation! For missing, please add MISSING ITEM plus order number so we can make sure you receive your missing item or track it down.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY EXCHANGE?
Once we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. All pieces, unworn and in original package need to be returned. It can take from 5-7 business days from the date your return tracking shows Delivered. Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to your original form of payment to show it has been processed.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I WANT TO RETURN ONE OF TWO ITEMS FROM YOUR BOGO 50% OFF SALE?
If you are returning an item that was part of a sale (Buy One Get One 50% OFF), the remaining item will go back to full price and the difference will be returned to you.
MY PACKAGE IS BEING RETURNED TO CURVE CONFIDENT, WHAT DO I DO NOW?
If your package does not successfully deliver and is sent back to Curve Confident, it is typically due to insufficient address information. Your package will be returned and “Returned to Sender” will be stated on your tracking information. This can happen if:
- The shipping address does not exist
- The shipping address is misspelled
- The shipping address is missing information (i.e. apt/bldg/suite number)
- The carrier is unable to safely deliver the package
- The addressee has moved
- The addressee has refused the package
Note: We are unable to make address changes to orders that have already been processed. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring delivery. Curve Confident does not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.
